As I look back on my internship journey here at Cohen & Co, I am amazed at the personal and professional growth I have experienced. As I approach my senior year at Ohio University, I feel genuinely prepared for the exciting opportunities that await me after graduation. Cohen & Co has been an incredible experience so far, providing me with the skills and confidence to thrive in an office job.
One aspect I particularly love about this internship is the flexibility it offers, allowing me to work both from home and in the office. I’ve found that I can stay productive and comfortable in either environment, which is truly empowering. In contrast, many of my friends from school don’t enjoy their work environments, but I feel the complete opposite about Cohen & Co. The people here are not only enjoyable to be around, but their happiness and satisfaction with their work are evident. It creates a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates the interns to excel and expand our connections with everyone at the firm.
Witnessing employees’ excitement during meetings and interactions with their colleagues has been a valuable experience. It fills me with relief and excitement for the person I am becoming and will soon be after graduating from college.
Looking ahead, I am genuinely enthusiastic about continuing my journey at Cohen & Co. I'm eager to keep growing professionally and to discover the person I'll become as I continue to learn and contribute to the firm.
