Beginning his public accounting career in 2014 at a global firm, Aaron has extensive experience on buy-side and sell-side transactions. He primarily focuses on quality of earnings (QofE) reports, purchase price adjustment mechanisms, closing procedures and working capital requirements to help maximize value. Aaron has worked with a wide range of clients varying in size, complexity and sophistication across several industries.

Aaron lives in downtown Chicago but loves spending time in the great outdoors. An avid beach goer in the summer and snowboarder in the winter, he also plays basketball, works out, travels and is conversational in Spanish.
