Artie Marrapese, CPA, MST

Artie enjoys connecting with people, which naturally fuels his passion to serve clients and create long-lasting relationships. Leaning into the fast-paced environment of the transaction world, Artie remains an accessible, proactive and organized resource clients can depend on as they navigate the complexities and challenges of their latest deal.

Beginning his public accounting career in 2014 at a global CPA firm, Artie’s background also includes in-house experience at a large private equity firm. As a result, he leverages his unique perspective from inside and outside the deal to provide exceptional transaction tax services to clients today, whether on the buy-side or sell-side. He has experience in a variety of industries and asset classes, but his primary expertise lies in private equity and corporate tax matters, including tax due diligence, tax structuring and cash tax/attribute modeling.

Artie lives in Buffalo, New York. A proud former Division I NCAA lacrosse athlete, he still makes time for alumni events and games.
