Brian has over 35 years of experience in managing the tax consulting and compliance needs of individuals, trusts, estates, exempt organizations and closely held businesses. He has extensive experience with gift, estate and generation-skipping taxes, and income taxation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries, including complex estate tax audits. His primary practice involves helping high-net-worth individuals preserve wealth through strategic income and estate planning.
Throughout his years of practice, Brian has first-hand experience with family dynamics, which helps him appreciate many of the non-financial issues that challenge clients as they consider their financial options. Brian’s businesslike approach helps him provide creative, practical and understandable ways to achieve their family financial objectives.
Before founding his own successful boutique tax advisory business at which he served as president for more than 18 years, Brian served as a tax partner at two global accounting firms where he served clients in the Personal Financial Services Group.
Brian lives in Westlake, Ohio, with his wife. They have two children and three grandchildren.
