Katie Miner, CPA, MSA

Katie brings a lighthearted energy to clients, seeking to make the assurance process as enjoyable as possible while remaining a consummate professional. Always diligent in her work, she focuses on key, impactful details and then helps clients understand the overall effect.

Starting her career in public accounting in 2015, Katie has a variety of non-public accounting experience that adds to the expertise she offers, including working for a broker-dealer and fund administrator. She primarily focuses on conducting audits and attest work for hedge, private equity/venture capital and digital asset funds, and has specific experience with NFTs and decentralized finance (DeFi).

Katie lives in Denver, Colorado, and is a lifelong fan of her local hockey and baseball teams. One of her favorite memories is watching from the stands as the Rockies won the wildcard tiebreaker — in the 13th inning — that sent them to the 2007 World Series. Also a fan of travel, Katie enjoys travelling through France and would love to retire there someday.
