Samantha Kite, CPA

Always mindful of client needs and quick to respond to inquiries, Samantha is also adept at taking a step back and proactively assessing clients’ business activities and the resulting impact on their tax situation. She also makes it a priority to be a team player, devoting time to developing her peers so they also embody exceptional client service. 

Samantha began her public accounting career in 2012 working with privately held businesses and their owners primarily in the real estate industry. Currently focused on overseeing and providing tax compliance and planning services, she specializes in tax implications related to entity structuring; mergers, reorganizations, acquisitions and dispositions; state and local taxation; business succession and individual planning; and representation before tax authorities.

Originally from Northeastern West Virginia, Samantha now resides in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, with her husband and two children. In Samantha’s spare time, you will find her outside at a brewery, concert or gardening with her young children.
