Susanne focuses on partnership taxation for real estate clients, with experience in tiered structures, special allocations and waterfall calculations. With nearly 15 years of experience, Susanne also has expertise working with investment management entities, investment holding entities, service-based entities, real estate developers, closely held businesses, individuals and corporations.

Susanne resides in Sparks, Maryland, with her significant other, his daughter and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She loves getting out to sporting events and concerts, cooking, going to the pool/beach and being outdoors. Also a big fan of travel, Susanne’s journeys often take her to a variety of stadiums, craft breweries, beaches and restaurants. Next on her list is visiting Turks & Caicos again, and travelling overseas for another Ravens game.
